Tantalizing Tilapia Pitas with Habanero Peppers
We love tilapia for lunch. Such a light and flaky fish, it is ideal for quick preparation and truly takes on the flavor of your accompanying ingredients. In this case, we've added the wonder habanero pepper, along with jalapeno, Cajun seasonings and a Cajun-garlic-may that goes great with so many things. Don't forget the avocado.
