Fresh Mango Habanero Salsa

This chunky mango-habanero salsa is quick to make and uses only fresh ingredients. No cooking required, it is very simple yet filled with flavor and heat.


  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 2 habanero peppers, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1 small mango, chopped
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  • To a food processor, add all ingredients except diced pineapple.
  • Process until nearly smooth.
  • Transfer to a large bowl.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours to allow flavors to mingle.
